The force-Academy: Part 4
The younglings that Anakin and Ahsoka led by the gates of Corruscant, to the landing platform were the ships were, were not like the little ones, the little younglings. Because these was not some kids, that most of the younglings were. These were more like students or cadets who trained to become jedi-knights. And after that, Jedi-masters.
They were not padawans yet, so that were why they were called younglings.
When little younglings just where found by the jedi-order when they were about three years old, bacause they were strong in the force and all that. These older younglings in their twenty's, who were not so strong in the force, had gotten a chance to learn the gift and the abillity. Not everyone of them would suceed through their years of training, but they at least had been given a chance.
Last week, they had been reciving a letter in their post; To come and join the Jedi-school. They would be trained in the Jedi-art, and become Jedi if they suceeded through all the testing that were to be set before them.
Mary Forest had been so happy when she had read it. The Jedi-order had sent a letter to her? They knew who she was? And that she existed? This was a wonderful chance that she wouldn't just throw away. It wasen't everyone who got a chance like this.
At that time, for a week ago, the young girl just couldn't believe it. Was she really worthy to join the Jedi-school, and walk at the Academy?
From that day on, her life had gotten a new chapter, and a totally change.
She was finally going to start doing something meaningful, that also made some sense.
At first, her mother Judit, hadn't agreed with it, because she didn't want her daughter to be away on another planet. But Mary had just packed her bag and left. Not listening to her. She had walked away from her home, leaving her poor mother to just stand there by the door. Sadened by the girls quick decission.
Mary knew she was twentyfive now, and it was her own life after all, so she better start exploring the world and the galaxy.
Alexa Shiny walked behind her, as they neared the landing-platform were all the ships stood waiting. They were to ride on the Falcon today. The great Millennium Falcon, were Han Solo, princess Leia's boyfriend were the driver.
All the younglings in this cadet-group, couldn't wait to explore this fine ship.
Aren't you glad we are to come inside the Falcon today, Mary?" it came from Alexa.
Forest just looked down at here feet. She was bound with some chains on her hand-wrists, because Anakin had meant she was his prisoner.
She had been accused of something she hadn't done at all. She hadn't been near the dead body. And she had never seen the person in all of her life.
It was all Andrew's fault! He had been writing her name on the wall, just beneath the dead body, who had been lying there in a pool of blood.
But she couldn't understand why. Why would Bombastic do something like this? And lay the blame on her? He dosen't even knew who she was. He dosen't even knew her. They had never ever met each other, so why? Why? Did he just take some random girl and accused them? Did he want to destroy their life or something?
Young Mary Forest just couldn't figure it out. She could see him in the back of the crowd, laughing and flirting with some other girls, like he didn't have a worry in his life.
The Mary-girl didn't blame him for that, she just wanted to know what he had against her.
Anakin had gotten very mad on her because of her name on the wall. And what ever she said, he just didn't wanted to hear it. He didn't want her explanation, he said. Because that he had already enough proof that she was the one who had done the crime.
"Because my name stands on the wall?" Mary had asked, but Skywalker had only yelled back at her, in pure anger,
"Quiet!"
Now she was walking behind his back, with Alexa on her side. Master Skywalker were holding a watchful eye on them both, but especially on Mary.
Forest was holding her sight down all the time, the way down to the landing-platform. Causing Shiny to get worried, who laid her hand on her shoulder,
"Mary, I'm deeply sorry about what happened." she began.
Mary let go a deep sigh,
"There's nothing you could do." she slowly replied, "I guess that Master Skywalker has his own way of doing things."
Anakin turned his head at her, were he walked in front of them with Ashoka, his Padawan,
"Don't you try to talk about me behind my back!" he warned.
"I don't, Master." Mary replied with a sad expression on her face.
Anakin turned his face forward again, letting go a deep sigh,
"Yes you do. I heard you."
"Okay. I just said that..."
"Quiet!" Anakin snarled, "Before I change my mind about you coming with us!"
Forest sighed in confussion before slowly looking down on the ground again.
As they neared the Millennium Falcon, they saw Han and Leia standing on the outside of it, in a deep kiss.
Anakin, the girl's father, walked forward to them, clearing his throat,
"Am I interrupting something?" he began with his arms overe his chest.
Startled, the couple quickly let go of each other, and turned their faces towards the Jedi-students who stood there, looking at them.
"Father." Leia said embarrassed, "I'm sorry, I forgot what time it was."
"You better remember next time." Anakin said, motioning to the younglings, "These are ready to go onboard now, but I've also have a prisoner with me."
Leia and Han wrinkled their brows, kind of shocked,
"A prisoner? Why?" looking eyes with Mary, who stood there with shackles on her hands.
"None of your bussiness!" Anakin muffed, "Now, are the ship ready to go?" he asked.
"Yes... yes, sir." it came from Han.
"Very good." turning to Ahsoka, "Snips, get these younglings onboard. The prisoner stays with me."
"Wery well, master."
