The force-academy. Part 7
On Tatooine, outside the Falcon, Anakin Skywalker was standing in front of the Jedi-students, who stood in a half circle around him. He was reading up their names from a datapad he held in his hand, to check if everyone was here.
He was reading them out loud and clear. After a while, he came to the name that belonged to the girl that he referred to as a prisoner. He inhaled slowly, before saying her name.
"Mary Forest." in an uninterested tone.
The girl raised her sight up from the ground, seeing Anakin looking expectantly on her,
"Yes, master." she replied, "Here I am." lowering her sight to the ground again.
Anakin paused a moment before continuing with the last names written on the datapad,
"Alexa Shiny."
Alexa smiled like the sun itself,
"Yes sir, my master." humble bowing.
Anakin finaly read the last name, before lowering the datapad.
"Andrew Insane..." he looked up at the group standing in front of him, question written on his face when he didn't hear any answer, "Andrew?" he repeated, "Andrew?"
Alexa looked around herself,
"Brother where are you?" she shouted.
Anakin turned toward the clone-commander Rex, giving him the datapad,
"Search the ship." he demanded, "We others are heading to the palace, for we haven't time for his jokes and games."
Rex did a quick salute, saying,
"Yes, sir." with disipline in his voice.
"Say to him that he is not coming with us. He has to get consequences because not arriving out here in the right moment."
"Yes, sir." heading towards the falcon.
Anakin then looked eyes with Mary again,
"Forest, you are also staying here."
The young woman looked up at him, shocked,
"What? But..."
"Do as I say." Anakin snarled, "No questioning. Is that clear, Mary? You are a prisoner after all."
"But master..." the girl protested, only to get a harsh rejection and a "No." from him.
Rex came out of the ship,
"No sign of him, sir."
"Well, well." rubbing his hands, "he is only playing games with us." turning his face towards Mary again, "Mary, you are staying here with Rex."
"But..."
"Commander, take her inside the ship."
"Wery well, sir." grabbing the girl's arm, "Come on, Forest."
Mary looked dissapointed towards master Anakin,
"But master..." she pleaded, but Anakin only angrily shouted at her,
"Shut up."
And then, she was dragged away from the rest of the group. Alexa looked sadly in her direction when she dissapeard inside the ship.
Anakin then turned to his daughter, Leia, who stood alongside Han,
"And now to you, my sweet loving daughter," he said out softly, "You may be dismissed from the group." stroking her over her head, "Have fun with Han. Do what ever you want."
Leia smiled back up at him,
"Thank you, father." turning to her boyfriend, "Let's visit uncle Owen."
Anakin saw the couple walking away to a speeder nearby, before turning his attention to the group again,
"Okay everyone, follow me." he gave some last words to his apprentice, "Ahsoka, you are staying in the back of the crowd, seeing to that no one dissapear."
"Yes, master." she replied with a nod.
The group began walking away, with Anakin in front.
Rex winked goodbye at them, where he stood guarding the opening of the ship, with Mary inside.
Mary Forest sat alone in a seat inside the falcon. Sobbing silently. Why would Anakin be so hard on her? She thought sadly, he was to hard. All to hard. But why? She hadn't done anything wrong. She was only accused of something she hadn't done, and that was not fair.
"She looked down at her hands, some tears dripping down at them.
Suddenly she heard some noises, a boy landed on the floor with a thud, right in front of her. It was Andrew, who had been hiding up under the roof.
Mary looked shockingly up at him,
"Amdrew? What are you... doing here?"
"I knew you needed some company." he began, "And I also knew that Anakin wouldn't let you go with the others. He's too stubborn for that. So I decided to hide here."
Andrew." Mary began, "You were the one... you set me up. I wouldn't be in this mess if it wasn't for you."
Andrew shook his head at her,
"I don't know what you are talking about."
"You dont?"
"No Mary. You got to believe me, I had nothing to do with the wall, or the person."
"Alexa saw you."
"No she didn't. She is just making it all up. That's my sister, always blaming me for everything."
"Are you sure about this?"
"Yes, of course I am." streching out his hand towards her, "Come with me. Lets have some fun."
"Fun?" Mary hesitated a moment before taking it, "Were are we going?"
Andrew grinned back at her, before dragging her alongside him, towards the door-opening,
"To find a friend of mine who is hiding with the jawas."
"You have friends on Tatooine?"
"Many, many friends. This is my homeplanet."
"Oh... But what if Anakin..."
"Anakin wont suspect a thing. We'll be back just in time, before the party is over. He won't be noticing if we went for a trip away from the ship. He be too busy with other younglings."
"Are you sure?" Mary asked uncertain.
"Completely. Hundred prosent."
"Okay... Let's... let's go then... I think."
The two students reached the opening of the ship, and walked down the ramp. Seeing clone-commander Rex standing there on the outside.
The boy let go of her hand.
Rex turned towards them, when they came down at the sandy ground,
"Hey, you two." his weapon in hands.
Andrew waved his hand at him, using a jedi mind-trick,
"You will let us go."
Rex stared at him, wideeyed, then repeated like he was hypnoticed,
"I... I will let you go."
Andrew then turned away from him, noticing a speeder nearby,
"How'd you do that?" a surprised Mary asked.
"In time, you will learn that to." running towards the vehicle, "Come on."
Mary hurried after him, getting on the seat behind his back.
"Hold on to me." the boy told her, "This thing goes very fast, and you don't want to fall of."
"I know." Mary replied, putting her hands on his shoulders while he started the motor,
"Here we go." getting the speeder to jump forward by turning on the gas. And then they drove across the land at full speed.
A little later they stopped.
Andrew jumped of the vehicle while Mary did the same. She looked around,
"Where are we?" it was some caves there, a lot of them, it looked like... "Does anyone live here?" Mary asked, feeling unsure. She didn't like the feeling of this place. It looked so mystic, and... a little dangerous...
Was it dangerous?
Mary studied the boy who nodded at her,
"This is where my friend is staying."
"Maybe... maybe we should go back?" Mary tried, "I don't like the feeling of this place."
Andrew got a sarcastic grin in his face,
"Go back?" he laughed at her, "No, this is where the fun begins."
"Who is this friend of yours?" she wondered.
"You'll see. Wait here untill I get him."
"Okay."
He began walking towards the caves, shouting,
"Griveous?"
Mary froze by the sound of the name. Griveous? She shuddered. Suddenly she felt very cold. Grievous was some droid-looking man, and very evil. But wasn't he dead? Hadn't Obi-Wan...?
"Grievous?" Andrew shouted again nearing one of the caves, "Come on out, Griveous. I got some doggy num-nums for you."
"What?" came a voice from inside, and Andrew went in.
Mary stood waiting by the speeder, thinking about the other students who was at the party having fun. About the food and the cakes and all the blue milk.
Suddenly she heard noises from behind. A high shrieking voice. She gazed towards the caves. Andrew was still inside.
A staff hit her from behind, so hard that she went falling to the ground.
She saw many men running towards her, with shrieking sounds, all with staff in their hands. She knew exactly what they where; Tusken raiders, or sand-people.
She tried to raise up, but got hit by a rock in her head.
At the next moment, she went shouting for help,
"Andrew! Andrew!" just before everything went black before her eyes, she saw him, walking calmly towards her, like he didn't owe a care in the world. A droid looking creature was following him.
